Hi Aeropark

If you apply for exemption from the regulations, you have to state from what sections you are seeking exemption. It seems to me that you got exemption for most stuff but the items of concern were listed and had to be addressed. The agricultural part seems to have been for the rezoning which is evaluated by the department of agriculture. I also preume that you are going to run the development as a business venture, hence the rezoning. If you paid that much, then maybe I am in the wrong business  . I could be a millionaire in a few years at that rate.

If any development took place or was started before the impact management regulations were gazetted, need no further action. If the development started after the regulations without the necessary ROD, then you have to apply to rectify the unlawful commencement in terms of section 24 G of NEMA. Therefor not "all" the airfields will be affected.

Just build the damn runway. There is no need to obey the law in this country as has been shown in numerous cases

Change our name to "Micro Airborne Taxi Association" and all will tend to leave us alone.

Firing a couple of rounds from an AK at an investigator when he visits the
"Air Taxi Rank" will also show all we are seriaaas.

Next bitch moan and groan about the cost of our "Taxies" and maybe a commitee will be formed to investigate the posibility of replacing all our old "Taxis" with EADS/MB 23 seaters. :!:

Regular Toyi Toyi gatherings at CAA HQ and maybe burning the entrance hall will also be a good idea.

Judging by past happenings this route has had some success

Kind regards

Who cares what the Government says.

When the day comes that I cant park my aerie at an airfield or use an unregistered field, i will simply drive my plane to the nearest main road that is both long and wide enough to use as a runway.

Done it before and I will do it again.
