Heads-Up through JHB North Eastern Sector Please

Eagle1 and I are planning a flight to Hoedspruit for the SAGPA AGM in his Sycamore this coming weekend.

We will be departing FABB for Witbank, Then direct north of Lydenburg for Hoedspruit area.

It having been years since I flew in the area of the 'big smoke', I'd appreciate advice on Frequencies, ACC's usually used by us 'bottom feeders' (probably seldom above 1 500ft AGL) but when we do go for Flight Levels its always good to get it right.

The regulars' valuable advice please?
