I think it has more to do with the safety and performance combined with the affordability CB.3 sales of New Skyrangers has resulted from this site due to it's price

From what I recall, Rotax normally have a Jan price increase - so maybe we see another increase in the new year.
So looks like it is not just only the second hand trike market that is no doing so well.
