Just an observation.. Seems you guys have some issues and may be more prudent to resolve or agree to disagree rather than "sling" on public forum. Although entertaining no one really wins and you end up sometimes making a bit of a box or yourself....

just my thoughts.....

PS
Don't know either of you and not wanting to get involved, just an observation....
AGREED  :?
Yes, quite right, we do have some historic "issues", but Emil will consistantly when I post something try his best to rock the boat !

The sad thing is that I really like the Sting and would love to own one, I just pointed out a known limitation and since the Sting is not suited at all to Tanya's requirement this is all a bit of a joke !

Ok, this is my final post on this matter, and I will never again respond or reply to any of his posts.

Tanya: Sorry for getting carried away and hijaking your thread   But you know the history..........

Regards,
Rudi

This is what I love about flying, there is just so much passion   8)

Now that we have excluded the Sting from the conversation, we are down to 489 other choices. Who wants to shoot down the next model :?: . We will eventually get there by elimination  8)

I think the next one should be the Streak Shadow  for it's risk of prop strikes. Rudix, you should know Emil has just bought a Sting. Don't down a guy's aerie, unless of course it is as ugly as the bantam Agent flies   8)

Rudix,

I split your post regarding your concerns about the Sting into another discussion. Let's stop hijacking this thread

Hi Morph,

Cool, yes, lets not spoil this interesting discussion further, just wanted to prove that I did not simply bad mouth a plane without facts !

Pleas do speak to "oom Boet Loubser" from Loeriesfontein who builds the Bushy's - very good value for money in any colour you like. :P 8) He is on this forum as well and calls himself............................

you guessed it:...."Boet"

Hi "Dad" :D

Yes, these guys... I suppose boys will be boys  (Have to be carefull how I say it, the boss will read this   )

I have been looking at the Bushbabies, I also see many good samples forsale and some are very tempting. I think I have to "try and see""

Thanks for the advice,
Kind Regards,
Tanya

Hi T,

Hmmmm, yes, you never know who is reading this

The Bushbaby is a great contender, also because of the good support and track record in this country.

What to buy.

Postby Boet » Tue Oct 03, 2006 7:59 pm

Maak maar so, julle is welkom. :D Ek is groot, ja, maar vredeliewend, sal nie n vlieg skade aan doen nie. Voor jy enige iets koop, kom kyk hoe lyk die Explorer. Hy is heelwat ruimer binne-in as die Bushbaby. Wil jy hom he met n stert of n neuswiel? 912 of 912 S ?

He wrote [typed] this while he was tapping a railway sleeper on his right calf muscle!!

He doesn't get too many customer complaints or comebacks.

All jokes Boet - your reputation for excellent service precedes you.

Best regards
