Flying over and landing on beaches

Just refresh my mind again please, what do the regs say about flying over beaches (when you are using it as a line feature and you are over land), ito heights above the beach, as there might sometimes be people on the beach, and sometimes not. Or is it seen as a built up area because of the beach houses and then you may not fly there at all with a microlight....

What about landing on beaches (not in an emergency)?
