As I need to get some flying hours in, I will be flying in nice and early and then flying back out and around with the gaggle!

Just a note...125.00 is Crosswinds frequency and not a chat frequency

Hello Guys!
Just an update, Brits has welcomed us and breakfast has been aranged for our fly in.

What time do you plan to be at Brits? If my plans work out I might meet you all there for breakfast

The Plan is to depart from ingwe at 7:30 then land just after 8 at Aeroden for quick coffee and then off to brits. We should land at brits 9:10 latest for breakfast. And then depart from brits around 10.
Guys remember to bring cash for fuel and food.
Please advise if we should arange some fuel for you at ingwe? We are having a braai at ingwe around 12:00 for lunch and you guys are welcome to camp with us that evening.

By the way . . . the weather forecast for Saturday 25th is as close to perfect for flying as you will see!

Hi all.
With the 25th around the corner. And with the so far so good weather! We are hoping to see you guys starting to arrive at Ingwe from 7:00 AM we will have safety officers as ground crew with radios to report clearance to land and take off. We will use SR West 125.8 for all communication and traffic control. For the guys who are planning to join for the nav wheels up from ingwe 7:30 to 8:00 am.

For those that just want to fly in to ingwe. We will have coffee and rusks as a treat for you.

GTFLYCOM will have a stand at ingwe displaying all products for you to view or buy.

This will be a whole day event so you are welcome to fly in later the day as well, to stop over for a coldrink or coffee.

We will have braai and fires for those who want to braai. Take note that you will need to bring your own meat along as there was no interest shown in the braai packs sceem. However it still can be aranged.
