PROGRESS ACCOM AND MOGAS REQUIRED

Postby tka » Mon Apr 14, 2014 7:05 pm

Hi,
I will be passing through PE this weekend and I might have to overnight. I am thinking of Progress and I am looking for accom nearby and a source of mogas. Can anybody help or suggest another airfield nearby that has accom and mogas.
Thanks
Trevor

In the past Progress has not welcomed microlights or visiting aircraft. They do not supply fuel. You can try but I have been there to plan a coastal trip and was rather rudely turned away. Try Uitenhage rather. Really nice bunch of guys and you do not need a transponder to get in. Speak to Colin Detmann 0824526576 . He will give you good advice.
