Where was the "Accident and incident report" topic/index all the time ?
I noticed a while back that it was removed and all of a sudden this afternoon it's back. Initially I thought I missed some topic or reason why it disappeared, but was too busy to bother asking.
Great to see it back.

I had it changed from being able to view by "all & sundry" to "only visible to registered & logged on users"
