Speak to the Chain Gang boys. They seem to have it sorted.
John.com has also done it successfully.

Hi Robbie

There are various places you can mount the Camera. I like the helmet cam view where it is mounted on the Helmet,(note the Shadow)

the other place you can mount it is just above the Pax's head position this will give you a forward view but only straight ahead.

Then you can also mount it on the keel of the wing also facing forward and downish.
Then finally you can mount it on your wingtip facing in, that is also a good Spot.

Will take pics of the spots and post them as soon as possible.

I also have the Drifter cam and mine is placed high on the pilon giving a view of me from the top as well as the area where I am flying. Have a look at my videos on Youtbube (pietmeyer). Works great. I did find however that my camera sometimes froze and would not switch on or off or would get invalid video format and unable to view my videos

Found the problem to be vibration on the camera causing the memory card or the battery to vibrate loose. Solved this problem by placing a top of a Smarties box (fits perfect) on the card and battery before closing the lid vhpy Boer maak n plan. (^^) Never happened again vhpy
