Heya

So Sunday did not go as planned...the plan was to meet the Rhino and Kroon boyz at Kroon and head to the Crater then off to Kokoriba **

What happened instead was we got caught 10 miles out from Kroon in a thick blanket of mist/fog and decided to do a 180 and route for Johannesburg Skydiving Club in Carltonville for a breakie instead

Always exciting going to Carltonville as you have to be in constant contact with the pilot of the awesome Pac XL 750 which is capable of taking 17 skydivers to an altitude 13000ft agl and landing back on the ground in around 15min.So after having to orbit on the NE side of the field,we were cleared by the pilot to land as all skydivers has landed

Check out a couple of the stills I took from my vid using my Go Pro s040

Awesome pics Alpha ##

Will post some as well...was an awesome flip indeed

On route back to Crosswinds,I got caught in a dust devil at 6500ft (**) It was insane..the trike rotated to the left, felt like I was gonna do a flat 180, it was intense as I had to hit it hard right to keep it from goin full 180...At first I noticed the miellie leaves, looked strange to see the leaves up that high...then it got very bumpy n then I got klapped...man,what an adrenaline rush ## ## ##

We landed back at Crosswinds just after 12...total flying time was 3hrs30min
