The mistake was routing anywhere near Belfast in the first case (**) (**) (**) (**)

Belfast and Lichtenburg are both deleted from my GPS ..... (**)

The place has a reputation for strong winds.
I go fly fishing there a lot each year and I can remember a time when the wind wasn't blowing..it was a Monday, in 2004 I think :lol:

Sounds to me as if she might be right though; flying into mist and rain- poor judgement on the pilots part. I'd be pissed off too if I were her- but again, that is just what I glean from the newspaper report. Who knows what exactly happened- but it seems to me that its not just about Belfast (even though I take the point about flying around there- another thing that the pilot should have taken into consideration).....
A lone impulse of delight drove to this tumult in the skies...
