How do I work out if I'm flying into a headwind or tailwind?

I compare my indicated airspeed to my groundspeed on my GPS

Knowing that my airspeed indicator over reads because it doesn't have static ports, I know what my True Airspeed is and compare that to my groundspeed on my GPS

Possibly, however I cite a real world example combination of the two, a cap tube in a fridge. The discharge point has to be turbulent...However the issue here is the location of the static port "breather" to obtain the best actual external pressure to compare with..
Centrifugal force in pure Physics does not exist, however this does not apply to Taxi drivers..
