Possibly, however I cite a real world example combination of the two, a cap tube in a fridge. The discharge point has to be turbulent...However the issue here is the location of the static port "breather" to obtain the best actual external pressure to compare with..
Centrifugal force in pure Physics does not exist, however this does not apply to Taxi drivers..
