Last call of winter (hopefully).
I cannot remember when we had this kind of weather in march. During this time you can expect the first blooming of flowers and not temperatures below 0 and snow. Nevertheless, as the sun was shining, so we went up for flip with a Grumman Tiger over the snow powdered Middle Rhine Valley (UNESCO world heritage between Bingen, Rüdesheim und Koblenz). So we flew from Egelsbach (close to Franfurt) to Koblenz (Where the romantic river Mosel meets the mighty river Rhein) and back via Mainz (getting gas). Not a brilliant picture, but after not being able to fly for 18 months, then getting the my license re-validated and getting back into the aircraft, on my own, was awesome!!!! (^^) (^^) (^^)
