Jokes aside...it's a big problem, with many reasons.

One just has to look at what young people today earn and what the average house/car/student loan/power/water/rates etc etc cost to see it boils down to simple economics....flying is a luxury precious few young people can afford these days. I dont think its a question of not having enough exposure to the sport....the exposure is far greater now than it ever was before. Like virtually any hobby...it just keeps getting more and more expensive. :(

Some members are not completing the transaction or feel once the payment is done, then all is finished.... not so. You must continue past the payment proof & reference screen, print it out and then update your details. This is paramount. 99% of those that have paid on the system have not had the problem and those that have slipped through, I have been able to trace and rectify. So... the system is working well! (^^)
