Turbulence is inevitable and turbulence will always not be nice. Google "I like turbulence" Whether in a trike, hang glider, 172 or marriage ...

However, turbulence is like a bar fight ... by knowing who hit you, and why you were hit, is much better than being clobbered from behind with a bottle and waking up in a trench not knowing who, what or why you were hit.
