Two trikes over Salt Rock beach

Postby Bugwar » Sun Sep 30, 2012 9:39 am

Ok, who were the lucky pilots who flew over Salt rock this morning? I could only look while wiping the tears only a pilot on the ground can cry....

Bugwar

Those two trikes are the bastards from Ballito. They spoil my vacation every December when we go on holliday at Salt Rock. I know the feeling well

Every year i ask them to fly low over the beach so that i can get a look and drool but also ask that they pretend that it is not fun so that I can feel slightly better about being on the ground (**)

As for the trike over Harties this morning, we were three trikes from Ingwe flying to Kokoriba, then Brits and back home. (^^)

It is awesome to be a microlight pilot......but not when you are on the ground watching others fly :(

Stop by at Zulu1 at AirMagic. Just take your wallet as he has some nice goodies. Flew with my new headset and helmet today and it was amazing. Clear communication

Cheers

Welcome to pop in any time, past the Hampshire Hotel first left. But we are in Swaziland for two days and back Wednesday.. nice toys in shop at present...

Meantime enjoy Chris and Daves flying..listen to them on 118,45 as they enter King Shakas airspace over Salt Rock beach. Listen for the "Blue route" as they enter and exit the box. King Shaka rocks, great people. I can lend you a radio if need be?

Ciao Paul
