I edited your Title ZS-NEL

You have a product that I feel adds value, I have not heard of the Overberg event? Where is it? what is it about?

Guys, please correct me if I am wrong but this is a forum for us by us, AVIATORS wanting to fly.

If you have a product that has a value add feel free to promote it. We will reprimand you in a PM if you abuse the service.

There is a sub forum for Events and Destinations but I only read Hangar Talk most of the time. Post your event there but feel free to advertise it in Hangar talk.

Thanks and sorry Donkerhoed. :) Overberg is at Airforce Base Bredasdorp and only 2.5hours from Cape Town so, hopefully I will see you there. One of the biggest shows on the aviation calendar. Full of Jets. Sponsored by Kyk-Net this year and they expect 20 000 to 30 000 people.

Seeing that I did not get the reprimand PM yet. Please allow me to tell you guys what the DRIFS are made of.

On my recent flight from Petit to Balito I had two Drift's mounted and rolling. One on the bar facing back and one on the Pylon filming to the front. Just as I approached Escourt Shell Ultra City for refuel, I wanted to turn the camera on the bar forward to have a good view on the landing and I lost it from about 5000ft.... GONE! After landing, I offered the pump attendant a R1000 bucks reward should he be able to find it, even if it was only to retrieve the footage on the card. Then , yesterday Cedrick phoned me with the good news: "Boss, Cedrick he has foond ze kamera and ze kamera he es woking. Next weekend I'm driving to the EAA show in Margate and will stop at Escourt to pick up ze woking kamera. vhpy vhpy vhpy

Now.... that advert I think I must sell to Drift Innovation for slightly more than R1000 bucks.   The camera falling filmed by the second camera looks nice in slow motion. (^^)

I have my drift on my trike now with every flight. A good investment and it is alwyas funny to see things from another perspective after the flight (^^)

Back from a wet Overberg show. Just an update on the developments with Drift . Both the DRIFT 170 (non HD) and the DRIFT 170 Stealth (HD) are discontinued and they will only have two models now.

1. DRIFT 720 HD (new small design)
2. DRIFT 1080 HD (new smal design)

The good news is if you always wanted a DRIFT -, Now is the time. I have some units left from the Overberg show at the reduced show price for this week only. Let me know soon so I can keep your's out as they will be all gone after Margate EAA fly-in this weekend.

DRIFT 720 at only R2 250
DRIFT 1080 at only R3 250 (instead of the normal R3 750)
