WOW - AOPA Advertisement!

Postby DarkHelmet » Wed Mar 21, 2012 6:26 pm

Has anyone notice the AOPA banner ad to join AOPA on the site? I just saw it now, have we any AOPA members here?

I am "subscribed" to AOPA and have a login, if that counts!

Cheers!

OK, now I remember . . . . they have one of these really sneaky multi step sign up systems: Step 1 = Get all details + email, etc., Step 2 = PAY (about $65!!)!! At this point I deployed my pilot chute!!

But I see that I am logged in when I am on the site, so not quite sure what I am entitled to, or what I'm missing out on as a "non-paid-up member"!!

Not sure if this helps!

Cheers,

John

Hey John! I believe the mothership has welcomed me aboard!!

As I said earlier, I bombed the "registration" when I got to the payment page, so I am really not sure what this "membership" entitles me to!

Cheers, John
