HEADS UP FOR RAINBOW AIRCRAFT : SPRINGS

Postby jtmei » Sun Mar 04, 2012 6:00 pm

At last my aerotrike cobra is back in good hands. I visited rainbow on friday as i needed 2 vibration rubbers for the radiator.
Wow, was impressed with their service. Spoke to mike and walter at the premises and within minutes i received my part for the cobra.
The problem is that i only left there 3 hours later, and yes they refused to charge me for the 2 vibration rubbers. After listening to
Walter it was obvious that rainbow changed allot and do yourself a favour and pop in to see what is happening there. (^^)

Well done to walter and everybody at rainbow that really want to change their corporate image. I could see a difference.
Keep up the dream. -0< :-(-(

Theo.

Thanks all for the positive feedback. Its good to know we are heading in the right direction.

While just myself and Walter have been mentioned above, I can assure you all that every last employee at Rainbow SkyReach are pulling together to keep our clients airborne with a smile on their faces.

The company has undergone some major changes but all these changes were made with our clients best interests in mind.

Please do stop by anytime and say hi.

Thank you Theo for the "heads Up" I must say that it has been a pleasure having you here at the factory. I have to Compliment my Staff for an excellent job done since the year started.

We are Blessed to have an investor that loves Aviation and also wants this company to succeed, With this in mind I took the decision to rise up to his determination and exceed his expectation. (^^)

This all sounds like a lot of "jam around the mouth" ($$) but I assure you that every single fair request for helped, WILL be met with great expectation. Believe me there are people that takes advantage of someones good intentions, thus there will be some customers that will never be satisfied but we are determined to keep them as minor as humanly possible.

Feel free to join the positive and helpful attitude "VIBE" any day of the week.

Need I say anything about the crowd at Rainbow?

The only negative thing I can say is................. THEY ARE TOO FAR AWAY FROM ME!

Excellent friendly service I have received in the past and it shall continue that way... if not better! vhpy

Walter, Mike, Johan, Robyn... julle almal... (^^) I love my Cheetah! (^^)
