Municipal Airfield council rates

Good day,

Please assist in providing any council rates which are applicable to your airfield, either to the flying club collectively or to each hangar owner.

Kindly specify whether the rates distinguish between commericial and recreational use and whether any reliable services are provided i.e. grass cutting, maintaining perimeter fences e.t.c.

Potgietersrus airfield-hanger owners pay R499.00/month for the plot.Maintenance to the runway and airfield must be done by the pilots.No water and no electricity on our airfield.
