Registering a UK trike in SA.

A friend will be imigrating from the UK. Bringing his trike with. How do we go about registering in SA.
Dont tell me to phone CAA. I Just get put on hold, and thats it. :roll: :roll: :roll:
Any direct no. to the person who deals with this, will be of great help.
