Even if transponder equipped, who is going to remember to squak 4600?

(WHEN the box is active... um, another thing to try and check? Unless you HAVE to go there, I recommend stay clear, why not?
A little off-topic I know but can someone clarify this for me?
This is off the WCMC website and agrees with the image below off the AIP S067-10 describing Stellenbosch GF FAD69 that the Southern tip of the FAD200 conrresponds with the southern tip of FAD36 around Koeberg. Right?
Now, ... is the map of the area below still the old FAD200 or am I bombing straight from Morningstar to Big Bay on 125.8 through the Delta 200 when I should be on 124.4? I seem to think the southern boundary is the road from the N7 to Melkbos. Am I wrong?
