Hi Piet
I will get a couple of Kroon guys and as arranged, meet on the Ridge. Let us just check towards the end of the week if Rhino is ready.

Weather might work, Rhino's runway unfortunately not. :( Was there yesterday and the tar work is almost finished. 09 loop to be done and one - approx 100mx 3m - stretch. Tar will be finished by tomorrow, but not to be used until next Saturday - some curing time, apparantly. It looks good.!!!!

The problem is the taxiways and surroundings - a big mess, and I know of three punctures in two weeks, me included. :?

I'll find out tomorrow whats cooking, and then we can make definate plans. (^^)

Some cellphone pics. If my wheel is fixed, and the weather plays along, I'll try get some aerials tomorrow.

Here is the route for Saturday. The Ingwe guys can join us over the Ridge where the Mabopane HW cross. The Kroon Trikes should be there around 06h15. The route takes us around Pretoria. After Breakfast at Rhino, we will fly South and join the Pinedine route to Ingwe and from there back to Kroon.

Spoke to Oom Willie at Rhino on the phone late yesterday. They had delays cause the tar machine broke down. Apparantly runway is finished now and they were busy painting the lines yesterday. Still dunno if it is going to be operational tomorrow, but according to him they are planning a grand opening for next Saturday - 5 March.

So Piet
