Where to send medical certificate?

Hi, please help.

I have just renewed my medical for my MPL, whom do I send the copy of the new certificate to, to SACAA or to RAASA?
Arrogance and rudeness are the training wheels on the bicycle of life for those who can not keep their balance without it!
