who gave him the authority to sell this trike, from a deceased estate? What is the trike's registration? Why am I not surprised that the paperwork is lost?

this issue was not about whether Grumpy was legally flipping or not, we all know the law as stated and we all know that unless you are an instructor or now a fleshly qualified commercial operator with an aircraft maintained by an AMO and you operate under an organisation that has an air services licence etc just like a charter operation plus you have a type 2 medical, you may not take people for flips for monetary gain.

You can take people for flips anytime you like at their own risk. If they happen to bring a 25liter fuel or buy you a beer afterwards as a gesture of kindness so be it. But you may not set up a table and start taking cash to take people up in the air, ala selling cookies at a fete.

The individual here has a long history with this forum, entering, reeking havoc, generating bad vibes, with questionable ethics and practices

I have banned him twice in the past, and one day back hiding behind a skirt and the problems start again.

So bye foxyloxy, pity because it is always nice to have interested young ladies on the forum, unfortunately your motivation was slightly skewed.
