Hi guys
Can I use the standard short rubber arial on my Vertex 220 radio to transmit and receive. Cant spend R800 on a aerial at the moment.
Where does one buy those normal steel aerials if seen on trikes if above sggestion of using the radio aerial does not work?
Thanks
Karl

Just for info sake. The short rubber arial gives a lot of feedback on the Vertex 220. Go the Grumpy metal way.
I believe I can fly...even touch the sky

I have also replaced my metal one with a v-rabbit so have it available for anyone requiring an antenna.
This one is at Microland - Gauteng.
About 2 years old.
PM me if you need it.
