RAASA not doing stuff today

Hi all - Not meant to sound derrogatory - called Raasa to ask a question as i wanted to go there today - (its quite a schlepp for me ) was told that i could come today but not get anything back... ie everything will only be processed on Monday ??? Hmmmm NOT going to make two trips but in a corner as the AP thing is about to expire... sooo

Just be aware - anyone else planning on making the journey today - postpone -- your going to have to go back anyway !!!

Hi Guys,
Renewed my ATF this week,only took an hour.Remember RAASA do not take cash (lots of dodgy individuals with pips on their shoulders walking around!!)you will have to pay by EFT before and take confirmation of payment,or pay by card at their offices.Also remember you need to have a current membership of the Aero Club to renew ATF.
The Aero Club,in the same office,do take cash or pay by EFT but not cards.

Wow !!! That's good advice as well because there I was armed with cash !! Will card the ATF renewal and EFT the misasa fees - good to know thanks goldie ! Have a lekker safe flying weekend all !!

Renewed my ATF this week,only took an hour.

Wow, that was quick! Cool! I got confirmation on Tuesday that my ATF papers finally arrived and nothing more yet - another weekend not flying AP did a very thorough job with putting together the package, I doubt anything is missing.

Just as a matter of interest, what are the average turn-around times for ATF and MPL renewals so that I know for next year? (Of course, assuming that one uses PostNet and not registered letters at the SAPO, like I did, which added an about 2 weeks delay on its own.)

Fantastic service from Raasa this morning

Arrived - friendly greetings, scanned through required paperwork, ticked all the boxes, paid the fees, updated Misasa Membership, - all effortless, go and have a cup of coffee at Harvard Cafe - ONE hour later collected renewed ATF - what a pleasure

THANKS RAASA - a good experience in all ..
