Lebombo Eco Trail

Postby Nkwazi » Sun Apr 11, 2010 4:30 pm

We feel very privelaged to have just completed the first magnificent Lebombo Eco Trail of the year. What a fantastic experience and even though it was very wet, we thoroughly enjoyed the different challenges that the wet weather presented us. The game viewing was superb, the camps well situated and the guide excellent. There are so many beautiful areas in the park that one doesnt see and this trail puts a whole new perspective on this magnificent conservation area. This is truly a pilgrimage that every Kruger National Park lover should undertake at least once in their lives.
Thanks to Piet van der Merwe and Sanparks for a great 5 days

Nkwazi,

Am planning to do the trip myself and would like to know how long before the time you had to book and where ?? Normally one needs to book for the Kruger Park way in advance as accomodation is normally fully booked.

Thanks
Deon

I booked in april last year. They only allow 100 vehicles/year so you have to be sharp. Book normally at Sanparks
