Believe it or not I have flown in the front and the back of that very same plane. many years ago.

Very small in the back,Looked like Quasimodo.

Lekker little planes though.

By the way I have lost 10kg's and counting.

No you are quite correct and as George says, the AP system is in place. I do not want to generalize but the standard answer I always get is "why redesign the wheel". To me this is the worst answer you could ever get. If we didn’t question our knowledge and abilities we would still think the earth is flat and that the sky is going to fall on our heads. You will be very surprised to find out how many airplanes were build first and "designed" later!! (No I'm not talking Boeing etc…) It was all done in the name of fun. BUT BUT BUT within reason and within the capabilities of the specific person or group. That is the key. DO NOT OVERESTIMATE YOU CAPABILITIES, ALWAYS ASK AND DONT BE SHY TO SAY" I DONT KNOW, WILL YOU SHOW ME?' Follow these rules and you’ll be OK.

So this is once again just my opinion but it also the reason I started flying.
Cheers Sanna

Spot on Aerosan....

If we had not redesigned the wheel or improved on the original design - imagine how bumpy landings would have been! I am all for progress and the endeavour to make our simplistic form of aviation so much safer!

The idea is to get us closer to aviation as opposed to alienating us from it!

One thing that was not around so many years ago was this persistent clause of "liability" This has made so many nervous and weary of the pitfalls!

Great going Andy... and if you fly in the PTAR now you would gain some more time as it were! vhpy

Personally, I like things as they came from their mother.
Stock standard, tried and tested.

Ok Bob. So is it right that some people are born with Breasts and a penis, or many of those variations out there. Is it then wrong if they want modifications?

Don't be so touchy George. Your plane just had a little belly augmentation that is all. Hardly a Caster Semenya case. vhpy (^^)

My lord.... I can just imagine if Julius Malema had to give his input on this saga

..... the aeroplane the aeroplane it is a helicopter not a gyro! This is a clear case of aviation induced discrimination syndrome (AIDS)....
