Nope - this one is right next to Aero57, along the Krugersdorp highway - mine's closer to FAGC.
Atleast IFLYHI flies a decent plane

Is this the strip seven-eleven (SOnex) flies from

No I'm about 300m west of Flo's strip, a 250m strip parralel to his and a 550m strip parralel to the N14 (R28) highway.

I thought there would be more banter about "a real aircraft". Seriously if it is heavier than air but stays above ground, I want to be part of it. Reminds me of a joke:

Two lawyers and a doctor is on a flight to Londen. As soon as the seatbelt light goes off all 3 proceeded to remove their shoe and wiggle their toes. After about 15 min they all wanted something to drink, the doctor offered to fetch them Cokes. As soon as he got up and left the first lawyer leaned over and spit into the doctors shoe. Being in the aisle seat the doctor again offered to fetch more colddrinks. Promply as soon as he is gone the second lawyer proceeded to gob one in the other shoe. Aproaching Heathrow the seatbelt light goes on again, as the doctor pushes his feet in he realize what's going on, he says "When will this animosity between the proffesions ever stop, the backstabbing, the bickering, the childish spitting in shoes or pissing in the Coke!"

IFLIHI, I have seen two strips right next to the Krugersdorp highway.
One almost at the Sandton offramp, and one closer to Flo in the East - is it one of these two :?:

In a 5km radius there is 8 runways that I know of :o
As you would approach Flo's on the left of the Bluegum trees my aproach is on the right of those trees, RW23.

Congratulations on the new plane Gert. Sorry you did not make it to Sandkloof on Saturday or did I miss you? Check your messages. I have sent you a few PMs that have not been read.

I fly an airborne classic 2002 582.
This is a photo of me with two trainee pilots (we teach them young in Australia) on a recent trip to the outback.

I fly a Avions Robin HR100-210, ZS-JHF, form Gariep Dam. Looking more and more into the lighter planes - maintanance is a killer on the ZS.

A steady little Aerotrike Scout from Circus Airfield near Henley on Klip ... keen to hook up with others in the area, for cross country flights ...
