Converting VHS to DVD

Postby WollieW » Sun Aug 30, 2009 7:48 pm

Good day all

Thought I could post this under "Hanger Talk", if not correct, please forgive.
I have a couple of video casettes (VHS) about all sorts of flying disciplines which I would like to convert to DVD if in any way possible. Quality of the videos still excellent so would like to convert before they get damaged in some or other way.
Any suggestions or contact details of anyone doing this sort of thing would be appreciated (I live in Kempton Park)

Thanks for your help!

I bought a HDD/DVD recorder, just connect you VHS to your HDD/DVD recorder. Easy cheesy

I also use it with the videocamera.

You can buy a TV tuner card for your PC. Connect your VHS player to you PC and record. It is a time consuming business...good luck!
