Hi Laurent. That Picture was taken in Andrew Pappa's hanger near Nelspruit. I know that Apollo Fox. Andrew is the local agent for the UL260 engine.

He doesn't write in this forum ?
I wonder if it is his own plane or the plane of one client now.
I think the perfs will be the same as my BB explorer with the same engine !
An Apollo and a BB are probably very similar (one lighter, the other witout the 3rd undercarriage gear wheel).
Mr Papas could tell the truth, because he have certainly compared the perf of the same plane with the 100hp rotax and the 95 hp UL260i.

I guess it is a DeNecker propeller. I'll probably have exactly the same one. So it is possible to guess the perfs of my BB Explorer !

Hi Laurent, the reports we had from the local pilot's are not that hot. I will get the correct figures and send them on. All of them said that the Jabi 3300 and 912S outperforms the UL with power and fuel economy. I don't think Andrew is on the forum but I will give him a call tomorrow.
