Thermal we flew between 1000ft and 3500ft.

Just remember one year ago the old Green Point stadium got demolished, so I think they've done well for one years work, whether the stadium will be ready by 2010 remains to be seen.

Very, very nice pics. The Cape weather can be ugly, but on a nice day - it is NICE !! Incredibly beautiful. Think it is awesome to fly over that scenery.

Thanx for sharing.

Grumpy, this is our cabbage patch ne!
You and I saw some of it yesterday and I owe you a Peninusula flight soon!

We are blessed to fly that at least once every 2 weeks in the secret season!

Shhh

By the way... I have never had any of the Waterfront heli pilots give me ANY grief, on the contrary, they are most accomodating and I even had one ask me to join up at 2500' so he could take a good look at the Gyro. He asked me how it flew?... my predictable response of course was "very well... obviously!"

Considering that he was running at about R4 500 an hour and I was running at R380 per hour it must have burned his bum!

vhpy

Fly safe

Talk about Parasite Drag!

You take a mate flying and he abuses you at the garage after filling up the jerry-can because you want to pay for the fuel.

You should have seen the pump attendants eyes (and the other patrons') when Grumpy yelled at me, at the top of his voice.... "F@(K YOU!!"

Thanks again Grumpy
