I'm not convinced that an oil burner is lighter in weight when compared to a similar POWER OUTPUT gasoline engine ... by nature it is not possible to manufacture a diesel engine lighter than a petrol version.

was about to say - if you were in Jhb, anywhere near springs id be happy to take you flying every other day -- i fly often, either Cheetah, Sport Cruizer or Paramotor....

Not many of these projects around at all.... i think the people who have cheetahs either want them, or cannot sell them due to economic climate. It seems a lot less people are flying theirs also due to monetary constraints... who knows.

Awesome footage -- i wakeboard myself, and man anything more than 20mph is DIFFICULT to manage on the board, these guys were moving over 50MPH!!!

since i fitted LED's to my plane i noticed a massive difference in the charging voltage when using the lights compared to the incandescent ones i removed - much less strain of the electronics!!

Careful connecting pumps in series (connection pipework dependant) - if the first pump fails IN FRONT OF the second, the second pump will not be able to pump fuel - Parallel (next to each other) is the most reliable way of pumping fuel - we use this on all the road and modified drag/drift cars every...
