With his passing a dying trade is also on the brink of distinction. I had the privilege to visited him at his workshop where he still made every prop by hand and that took some real skill. Always friendly, helpful and down to earth ..... Hennie Malan will surely leave a gap in the aviation industry ...

I might be flying in on Saterday morning, I'm waiting for ZU- DZB to arraive from Rino before I can fly in, else I'll be driving in.
