From the brochure, it appears as if it can only TX on the HAM bands i.e 50-54, 144-146 and 430-440 MHz Rest is all RX only So not much use for Marine band and not much danger to any other frequencies except the HAM bands, for which you need a licence Maybe something like this might be a bit more use...

Almost, but not quite right; Whilst taking a pax for a flip is like taking someone for a drive in a car in some respects, the main problem is that the pax has no reasonable way of knowing whether the aircraft has been properly maintained, pilot properly trained. Login problem still happening - did the 'clear cookie' thing
