The easiest way to solve your problem is to get one of the rubber primers. I think Aviation Engines have them. Its a little rubber squeegee that has a one way valve (arrow on squeegee) that you give two or three squeezes and Bob's your uncle. My AP refused to certify my plane with one of these inst...
