Re: Who is a member of 4x4Community.co.za as well?

It boggles the mind...You people are scared of a bumpy ride in a trike, but you love a bumpy ride in 4x4? What the hell??
Believe me i've had my fair share of bumps and being thrown around like a rag doll. It's now time to do it for the enjoyment. Brass balls are losing their shine a bit. :?

Re: Looking for Go Vert

From a previous post of his, we know that Go Vert has started a new business and was thinking of starting one or two branches, maybe he is just very engrossed in his work at this stage.
You may be correct. Also read that somewhere in one of his previous posts.

Re: Looking for Go Vert

Damn! I hope that's not true. Very sad indeed if it is. I know him from seeing him at the airfield working on his plane. The last time i saw him was just over a month ago. Let's hold thumbs and i'll keep on asking around.

Re: Looking for Go Vert

I'll try and get alternative contact details for you guys. He shares hangar space with Skidmark so i'll pop in at Skidmark's factory tomorow for coffee and ask him. I haven't seen Go-vert around lately and i wasn't at the airfield over the week-end so don't know his wereabouts. I'll keep you posted.

Re: Now this should be interesting!!

The Vne of a trike is there for a reason.
I know.
Hi Conrad
Have you experienced the bad side of Vne? I have often wondered about the effects on a trike wing when Vne is exceeded. Anyone out there have first hand experience of the effects? Would be interesting.

Re: SACAA introduced a fining system

He said the new regulations came into effect after SACAA identified gaps in its punitive measures.
Should read: 'He said the new regulations came into effect after SACAA identified unfilled deep pockets'
