Re: East/West Corridor between FAWK and FAWB CTRs?
Thanks for the sound advice! I will do so and get CAA response. (^^) (!!) just don't email your tracks vhpy Yaaa . . . . FAWB ATC put me at 5200ft, which is almost ridge height!!! I was saying my silent prayers as I worked my way along the ridge, sizing up my emergency approaches to each of...

Re: East/West Corridor between FAWK and FAWB CTRs?
Maybe you should check this out with CAA or consult with MISASA. In my book this is a no go for WCM. Build up area, no safe place to land in case of an emergency even at 6500ft and against the regulations. (working at WKLF as an ATC for many year this was not allowed, routing is/was via Pinedine or ...

Re: Africa cup 2012
Is someone familiar with Nelspruit Special Rules? I find it confusing. Flying from FASC, the best will be to route to Kwena Dam - to be below TMA 6500ft at Hendriksdal 130.35 SR - to be below TMA 5500ft 2nm before Drome 130.35 SR - then Numbi which is on the border of the TMA, i would guess 130.35 ...

Re: Aircraft tracking for pilots is anyone interested?
I use vfr regularly for flight planning but have only managed once to operate the tracking facility. For some reason it does'nt recognise my passwords from my phone and whether internet connection or what, I just switch off after 4 minutes freaking and swearing. Can Cobra not please, for the sake o...
