Re: Carl Babst Raven Taildragger

A sight to behold! I am a member and an owner of a Raven FBL which is hangared at the same airstrip where Jacque is building his TD beauty, today I had the pleasure of seeing his new AC. All I can say, excellent work so far Jacque, INJ looks amazing. There is one thing I about this TD. It looks much...

How do you physically move your Light AC

Hi All Aviators

Is moving an AC by grabbing the prop be detrimental to same and cause the "degree" settlings to change, in time?
I have a Ground Adjusted Three Blade Prop.
When physically moving the AC, one would only grab two of the three blades. In time could this cause problems?

Re: Rotax 582 Stellenbosch to Durban coast wise!

Hi tka Thanks for sharing your ferry flight with us. I am planning a trip to KZN for Saldanha and have been checking which routes to fly. The shortest route is Saldanha - Graaf Reinette - Scottburgh where my daughter and her family reside. I'm not sure which route to fly???? Your route was Coastwise...

Re: Bushbaby 450 for sale

Hi Ican I have seen this A/C and if it was not that my hangar is to small to accommodate ZU BIG ( i luv the reg ) then it would be parked next to my Raven. Love my Raven low wing. I flew in many Air Rally competitions and a high wing is best for better ground visuals. Oh so what is your profile name...

Re: Franschhoek valley - Western Cape

Thanks G

Much appreciated.

Have been invited to Dieu Donne Wine Estate and they said there are airstrips that could be used.
Anyway, I will do the honourable thing go through the correct channels and find out just how hospitable they really are.

Be Afraid. Be careful!!!! Wind Farms

Hi all Aviators I started the above topic under "Avcom - General Aviation Chatter" which has an affect on aviation within the west coast area of Hopefield/Kersefontein and has drawn much interest, local and abroad. Thought it would be good to mention it here under "microlighters." We all want to fly...
