When you get a long, straight feature running radially out from the centre, then it is usually something obscuring the radar signal (crane, balloon, etc). So that long straight cell is just an artefact. The rest is normal convective weather.

Not sure about 2 strokes. In a 4 stroke, I would suspect excess carbon/lead deposits in the combustion chamber, and/or incorrect spark plug. Either of these will cause serious damage to the engine if not attended to.
