Hi Johny, that should work fine, the 22,000uf is rotaxes recommendation not cast in concrete, voltage can also vary a bit, 25 - 38 is typical.

A capacitor of 22,000 uf 25V should be connected between the B+ terminal of the Voltage Regulator and ground as close to the regulator as practical.

Badplaas had a municipal strip and the resort had a very short microlight strip.
Both U/S the municipal strip is now the main road of the local shanty town. Evadance of both can be seen on google.
