Lawyers...

I'm busy getting divorced and let me tell you guys... where I suggested lets try the dialogue around a table thing, I was shot down in flames! What's happening now - I'm feeding some fat cat lawyer in Bloemfontein that persistently tells my estranged wife how I'm trying to do her in! Now I stand the...

Junkie....

Sitting on the sideline lets me realise that there is more to this whole situation than meets the eye.... Conflicting info, cover-ups etc.

I second Morph.....

Junkie.....

...... a lesson can be learnt from Junkie's daughter! None of us and I mean NONE are in the position to pass judgement on anyone in this forum and I have in a previous post stated that we should focus on issues at hand rather than get personal! I suggest the moderators scrap the slanderous pi...

Insurance

(**) I agree with Delta.... =D* We have long gone stepped off the topic of focussing on Louis (and my oppinion his actions which have taught the trusting bunch of chaps in this forum a lot about being "formal" or "informal" -xX ) and have turned this thread around to that of being positive and infor...

SA Airfields

Thierry

Very informative site.... I'll update the airfields around FAPT as there are some that are unusable!

I think all parties can update their airfields. I like the Google.earth touch checking out the maps....

Insurance

I hope you get a good turnout Graham. This is a golden opportunity for all to be informed, rub shoulders and come out more comfortable on the other side when flying.....

Miss a beat

Mine did this as well at one time.... Changed the plugs and checked all the HT stuff... Also found a cable from the coil burnt through at the base of the Ducati connectors. At high rpm fine as the spark could jump but at low rpm, no go! I cut them out and replaced with other connectors1 My problem w...

Re. INSURANCE

....... and finally we get some good out of all the hoo-hah! We tend to forget the importance of this forum and this thread has just proven it. Just think if the original thread (that was deleted) was part of this, I think we would be travelling at about 10 pages already (correct me if i'm wrong Mor...

Insurance

I agree with Graham... I would however before I fly a friends plane I want to be a nominated pilot and insure my excess as I have done.... I would also obviously pay my share of the premium.... as we did at the flying school we trained at. Not trying to push insurance upon anyone but guys it is so i...

Hindsight

Yes Graham, hindsight is a perfect science! Ask Graham Smith & AB and Proteas sitting pretty on 7-2 after 9! By now your pulse has maxed out at 110% of MHR and your BP has doubled in figures.... Eish! Negligence - still touchy about that one though! I still think insurance should be compulsory for a...

Junkie

Eish...... treading a fine line here or do I misunderstand this statement? Virtually no accident would ever occur without negligence being present to one degree or another , and it's usually the pilot who made the error of judgement. So... off I fly in perfect conditions from FAPT to Morningstar / D...
