Other things to check: Ignition Timing (even 0.5 degree will give you big rpm changes) Carb/s actually opening fully. Same Air cleaners (some air cleaners allow more air than others) Same carb jetting (not so easy to check) Spark plug same type/gap correct plug leads good order Resistors on plug cap...

How you Measuring the RPM, maybe the gauges are not accurate enough?

Baie dinge kom in play met resonansie. Hoeveelheid silinders, 2 slag of 4 slag, hoeveelheid lemme en natuurlik: Rat verhouding. Het onlangs n BMW installasie getoetsvlieg. 2 Silinders, 4 slag, 3.4 something ratkas, en 3 lem Kief propeller. Die resonansie was so erg, die prop se lemme het in "torsio...

I have only seen in footage of Okavango, Everglades (USA), etc. Closest is small hovercraft, some of them do use Puller setups. there a few in SA. But doubt they will us such large ...

Otherwise, speak to Raasa/misasa (or which ever controlling body as per terms of part 149) to simply approve any trike/lsa pilot as approved person.. the regulations state that the designated body for that craft can issue it...... Dunno if that will happen, but worth a try, easier to fight them that...

I don't see anything when this "dual'" check suppose to happen, it simply states peformance a dual check on the maintanance which WAS carried out. for me as layman, that just mean some time in the future... like next ATF..
