Hi Morph,
I think each Provence or region should have its own organisation looking after there sport, but certain organisations want total control so they can recieve the full Goverment and CAA grants wich total a very big some of money.

you should find it in there if you have a problem I have a complete ARO document that will be accepted by the CAA, can let you have a copy, let me know.

Hi David, did you not in the past submit a change recomdation of 62 and 24 and it was ignored???? Mike all you have to do is read some of the posts to know what is the problems with the legislation.
