Good Day,
The O ring on my fuel drain also has to be replaced.
If possible, could you please give me the dimensions of the o ring.
Kind regards,
Arnulf Winsauer

Re: Correct Bungee Cord/Rope for a Aquilla 2 wing
Hi Luan, I am using nylon string instead of bungees. Can't remember if it is 2 or 3mm. It is the thinnest available from your hardware store. With the string you can get more tension into the wing. The high speed merchants tell me it makes the wing faster. I suppose a bit like the GT stripes on your...

Re: Where to repair icom a23 radio
Hi Brad,
I had my Icom a23 radio fixed by a small company in Rynfield. They seem to be very competent.
Unfortunately I am out of the country, and do not have their contact details.
Fanie of the Microland flying school referred me to them. He has their details.
Regards,
Arnulf

Re: Fuel Drains Upgraded with Curtis FAA approved ones
Thanks.
Now the question is if they have the same thread as the original one in the tank of an aquilla?
The original looks the same as your old one.

Hi Louis, Thanks for the videos and an interesting blog. I am planning to take my Trike to Namibia in April. In your blog you mention that at times you experienced very strong winds on the ground. Please give some more information how you secured the trikes in those windy conditions. Regards, Arnulf

Hi Tinkerbell,
Also planning to take my trike to Namibia in April. Will route via Upington and Keetmanshoop.
For info on Namibia, Hanno Snyman of Mican ( www.mican.com.na ) is very helpful.
