RIP Dave Becker

Dave Bekker - a legend in aviation - passed away last night :( :( Dave was probably the Greatest Aviation Historian in Africa and one of the best in the world. His little note book was always with him and he never missed an opportunity to jot down a note or two about some or other aircraft. He was a...

Hangar space at Microland

Hi All

Is there hangar space available for a Thunderbird at Microland :?:
I currently hangar at Crosswinds but it is too far for me and as a result I am not flying nearly as much as I should be.

Anyone who has more information can email me at: shaunm(at)icon(dot)co(dot)za.

Cheers

I am really impressed and more than a tad green
I hope that you are blessed with thousands of safe flying hours in your SAV.
Let me know when you next plan to visit your new hangar and I may just pop in for tea :!: :!:

Hi Aerosan

My time for the longest leg was 2,2 hours and that was the leg from Crosswinds to Heilbron. Interestingly on the return trip I completed that leg in 1,8 hours.

Hi Trix It seems that the Aeroclub has unilaterally decided that African Skies is the representative magazine as I have been invoiced for 2007. According to your brief I should have been consulted with to see if this is what I wanted. I am sure that this is merely an oversight that you and Aeroclub ...
