Folks,

Invest in one of Zulu1's Vee Rabbits - they are the best antenna we have used - we have chucked (yes binned) all our others since getting this gear.

I am sure Paul could get it to fit on the mast for you as well.

Regards

Folks, Thank you for the most informative debate regarding a topic that many choose not to discuss - it is fortunate I am reading this now after not allowing a friend to take my trike for a spin on this fear. I would like to make a few points: 1. This is perhaps the best forum for trikers worldwide....

Agreed, Vacuum units are globally available, however, I have struggled to get a proper manometer for a decent price, hence my original posting. The guages have two distinct disadvantages - pulsing leading to erroneous reading and the contiunual need for proper calibration. With this unit, they found...

Demon,

Please find photos attached of the use of the use of the new Carbtune. Use the Rotax method of using the nipple under the inlet manifold and plugging the balancing tube.

Folks, Just installed the new DTA Speed System that was sent from the factory and arrived a couple of weeks ago. This unit works on what could be described as a wiper motor with a sun-planet gear system and adjusts the COG on the double hang/bolt system. Pretty neat. On the middle pin setting on the...

Folks, I have just installed mine on my DTA - it is sold by the manufacturer as the "speed" system and did not require any drilling or modification of structure - it was a simple replacement of hangbolt assembly with a servo motor attached. I have now tested it this week and found limited improvemen...

Hiya Morph, Your toe will heal... We did away with the ramp k@k with trikes a year ago - these systems result in aches and pains and cause general mayhem to humans and aircraft when one runs away. We found a solution that you oakes in RSA may wish to consider. I first had the idea here in Oz when wa...
