A quick cell phone pic of some progress. Stick grip installed and working on the centre console to receive the throttle quadrant. In the same process trying to strengthen the arm rest in the centre as you cannot use it to help get in and out of the aircraft without it turning into a crumpled mess.

Anyone with any advice on how to reduce the amount of sanding required after the piece has cured would be much appreciated!
