There is no choke on a Rotax. It had an enricher - an additional fuel jet to rich the mixture up for cold start. If you 'Choke' an engine by blocking the airpath in the carb, it will suck neat mixture through the jets and swamp the engine with fuel (and oil if pre mixing). Unfortunately the enricher...
